The Authority offers payment agreements to customers who have had a leak, are facing an unexpectedly high bill, or who are experiencing personal hardships and require financial assistance as a result.
If you know that you are not going to be able to pay your entire bill on time, please contact the Customer Service Department at your earliest convenience before the payment due date to discuss the possibility of a payment agreement.
If you enter into a payment agreement with the Authority, please note that you will be required to continue to pay your monthly bills and penalties will continue to accrue on any outstanding balance. Failure to pay as agreed may result in discontinuation of service.
Payment agreements are normally issued for 3 months. Where an unexpectedly high bill is the result of a leak, an extended agreement may be allowed.
