Water Authority – Cayman would like to advise its valued customers that its offices in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will close for a staff function on Friday, 28 March 2025.

The Authority’s Grand Cayman office will close early, with cashiers closing at 10:30 a.m. and Customer Service closing at 11:00 a.m.

The Customer Service Office in Cayman Brac will close for the day. The Cayman Brac Operations facility will be manned by essential staff. As such, there will be limited delivery service on Friday. Trucked water customers in Cayman Brac are encouraged to plan ahead and make trucked water orders in advance.

On Monday, 31 March 2025, both offices will reopen with usual hours, and in Cayman Brac, normal trucked water deliveries will resume. The Authority apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public’s understanding.
