• a “Natural Resources Survey” that was completed in or around 1977, plus a “summarised version” of the same document (hence my inclusion of DOE and the Ministry currently responsible for this subject area – though I appreciate you likely didn’t get any handover of historical documents relating to environmental matters);

• a “Report on water and sewage in Grand Cayman” that was intended to bring recommendations to the Legislative Assembly in 1977 (the Hansards may need to be searched to determine if this was ever done, but it would have been by the then-Ministry of Communications, Works and Local Administration. I have included the current Ministry responsible for infrastructure (MPAHITD) as well as the current Ministry responsible for the Water Authority – Cayman (MDAL) and the Ministry whose core was the Ministry of Communications, Works & Infrastructure back in 2009 (MYSH), as one or more of you may have these historical records in your possession);

• “Studies on water supply were conducted some years ago” (this is cited from the 1977 Hansard and I suspect they would have also been done by the Ministry responsible for works/infrastructure);

• a report/recommendations/other document created in or around 1975 where the CIG, under British Technical Assistance, is said to have “[reviewed] all existing reports and data…resources of the three Cayman Islands…and [would make] recommendations for a water and sewage disposal system”;

• a “Richards and Dumbleton report on a water and sewage disposal system” in or around 1977, and all related records; and

• all records relating to a “United Nations report on a water and sewage disposal” (this would have also been done before 1977, but the Hansard does not mention when exactly).

Obtain the results of all 700 plants that have been checked.

Access to the results of all Water Authority testing of wastewater at private sewerage treatment plants for 2023, to include the name of the properties tested, and the results of the BOD and TSS testing. I would also like to know if anyone has been prosecuted for failing to ensure their sewerage treatment plants meet the required standards, after mediation efforts by the WA
