If you are currently an account holder with the Authority and you are seeking to start service to a new location not currently connected in your name, please complete the application found in the Start section.
If you are currently an account holder with the Authority and you are seeking to move out of your current property due to a change in ownership, you must ensure your contractual obligations are properly completed or you may be liable to pay charges for services provided by the Authority after you have ceased to be the owner of the premises.
To ensure you are not held liable for such charges, you must inform the Authority in writing of the end of your ownership and of the name and address of the new owner at least 5 working days before the day on which you cease to own the property.
If you do not inform the Authority of the change in ownership, you may be held liable for service charges up to 60 days after the day on which you ceased to own the property.
